I am so late to the Mad Men party that I only just...
But I’m kind of obsessed.
AND JON HAMM.
I find it really hard to keep up with Tumblr without ample time to devote to it, which is why I haven’t been around much. I hope to be around more soon.
Also, the past month or two is the first time since like 1995 that I have had trouble fitting INTERNETS into my schedule. INTERNETS was priority. Now sometimes I go days without. Is this some rite of passage? What does it all mean?

I love this film!
It’s really good! I don’t know why it took me so long to watch it… Lubitsch and Herbert Marshall are both favorites of mine. Dietrich’s role was really interesting, a bit unusual for her. She was a bit more subdued than usual, and it really worked.
Sometimes my little Tasha Cat claws her way up the back of my computer chair and then sits her tiny self on top of it, right behind my head. Despite the fact that this is obviously not good for the back of my computer chair, I find it hilarious and heartily encourage this unruly behavior.

I always have the perception that when I’m on Tumblr, no one else is. But when I am off Tumblr, everyone swarms and I come back after an hour to find I need to scroll my dash back a hundred pages.

I just had this random embarrassing memory of this...
There are certain things you just don’t put on a mixtape for your dad. While I don’t remember the tracklist, I know I violated some crucial dad rules. He must have been so embarrassed for my pretentious little hipster ass. I hope he lost the tape and has forgotten the whole experience.
